DIP workshop: Through-hole component welding is completed through wave soldering, integrating manual plug-in, pre-furnace/post-furnace QC inspection, foot trimming and three-proof treatment (moisture/mildew/salt spray) to ensure the reliability of the substrate.
Assembly workshop: After completing the assembly of PCB and radiator, it is subjected to withstand voltage test, fan test, aging room simulation operation (constant temperature environment power-on test) and load final test to ensure the stability of the whole machine performance.
Follow the IATF 16949 standard, set up IQC incoming material full inspection (partners include Fenghua, Yageo, Infineon and other domestic and foreign brands), online multi-link QC and QA final inspection triple quality control, MES system to achieve full traceability of materials and process data.
The warehousing adopts constant temperature and humidity SMD warehouse (IC component moisture-proof management) and ordinary device warehouse classification management, strictly implements the first-in-first-out principle to ensure material quality.
